Either start with our week pass, this will allow you to try out one of our courses. Once completed, if you choose that this is a good fit, we will give you more information on registration.
Out of respect for our coaches and students, we keep training times reserved for our members. The only way to be involved is to be on the mat.
We have street side parking and lot access behind our building.
To try out, just make sure that you are hydrated, hygienic and have work out clothes. We train barefooted on the mats so no street shoes are allowed on the mat and no barefeet off of the mats.
