Shannon Day

Shannon Day is an assistant instructor to Frass Azab, having earned his Black Rank under him in 2018. A certified Level IV Instructor, he runs an afternoon program and has taught the Warriors Krav Maga system for over 3 years. He also holds a Blue Rank under Frass Azab and Ben Jones in the CSW system created by Erik Paulson.

We offer a one-time week pass for $25, giving you access to three classes of your choosing, or a one-time $10 pass for a single class in the Women’s Self Defense Program. This is a great way to experience training and see what membership has to offer! Passes can be purchased online or in person at our academy.
